Is this normal? I have a lipoma in the area of my upper right abdominal muscles. I've noticed that sometimes, the day after doing an ab workout at the gym, I'm sore in the area near my lipoma. A different type of sore than workout muscle soreness, and more sore than in the same spot on the other side.
I'm a recovering hypochondriac and sometimes fear liposarcoma. Is what I am experiencing normal?

I used to play rugby up until last year. The main reason for going into retirement was because of the pain I had in my thighs following on from every game. It wasn't muscle tiredness as I am fairly fit and didn't play all the matches. After speaking to a physio friend, he suggested that as my muscles were contracting whilst running etc this was causing the lipomas in both of my thighs to push into the muscle in more than one place. The pain not from muscle usage but more from aggravation.
